If we are not able to work hand in hand with the Recovery Phase in helping at the tale end of problems, how are we supposed to know how to better prepare for them next time In order for a successful Migation Phase, we need it to work on both ends of the cycle, at the start and the end, and for it to work hand in hand with the Recovery phase to help better prepare ourselves for an emergency next time it may occur.
