In my country, overweight is a big problems and obese large number are move every means to reduce their weight. Moreover gaining overweight create view of physical and psychological problems worry high blood pressure, type 2 diabetics, cardiac problems, lack of self esteem etc. So initially my parents encouraged her in her efforts to reduce her weight. But later we realized that she was affected by the affable disorder anorexia and need attention. Normally people who belong to the high class society would be more intended about their physical appearances compared to low class societies. Low class people might have lot of other issues related to their survival in the society. So they might not be concerned with the physical beauty much.
